On June 1, at 16.45, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Russia 24 TV channel and the Valdai Discussion Club will hold debates, titled "Future Preparedness Index. First Rating".
The key aim of the Future Preparedness Index project is to analyse the extent to which various countries are prepared to respond to the challenges of tomorrow, and how competitive they are according to a wide range of economic, political, social, cultural, technological, and other criteria. The preliminary results, obtained from a pilot research study, will be presented at the roundtable. The discussion will also include a substantive examination of the relevance and adequacy of the criteria used.
