On June 10, at 18:00 Moscow time (GMT+3), the Valdai Discussion Club and the HSE Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs will hold a closed-door seminar, titled “International Security and Cooperation in the Arctic: A New Agenda”, which opens a series of joint seminars on the general topic “The Arctic: Security, Climate, Energy, Regional Policy”.
