Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I, the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), during my use of the websites valdaiclub.com, ru.valdaiclub.com (hereinafter referred to as the Websites), voluntarily, of my own free will, and in my own interest, provide my full, unconditional, and unequivocal consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) under the following terms:
1. This Consent is granted to the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club (OGRN: 1117799004993, INN 7704300010, KPP 770201001), located at: 127051, Moscow, ext. ter. Meschansky Municipal District, Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 16/1, 1st Floor (hereinafter referred to as the “Valdai Club Foundation”).
2. This Consent applies to the automated processing of the following personal data, including through the Yandex.Metrica internet service, in accordance with the following list:
- IP address;
- Cookie data;
- Browser information;
- Access time;
- Referrer (address of the previous page).
Additionally, when submitting accreditation requests for the User’s participation in a selected event:
- Email address;
- Last name, first name, and patronymic;
- Position/role in the project;
- Messenger contacts;
- Phone number.
3. This Consent is granted for the following purposes:
- Accrediting the User for participation in the selected event (press conference);
- Providing informational materials to accredited Users;
- Responding to User inquiries, including processing accreditation requests;
- Monitoring and improving the quality of services and functionality of the Websites;
- Collecting anonymized data on User interactions with the Websites to enhance their quality and content;
- Measuring Website traffic.
4. I acknowledge that data processing includes the following actions with personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, blocking, and destruction.
5. I confirm that I have reviewed the “Personal Data Processing Policy” available on the websites valdaiclub.com and ru.valdaiclub.com.
6. I have been informed of my right to withdraw this Consent in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” by submitting a written request in free form to the following email address: admin@valdaiclub.com.
7. This Consent to the processing of personal data is effective upon submission to the Valdai Club Foundation and remains valid until the processing purposes are fulfilled, as determined by the Valdai Club Foundation’s internal documentation. Upon achieving these purposes or upon the User’s withdrawal of Consent, personal data shall be destroyed in compliance with the Valdai Club Foundation’s organizational and administrative policies.
