Nations of South-East Asia are concerned about the rise of China, but acknowledge that China must be accommodated, not contained. Participants in the Ninth Asian Conference of the Valdai Club discussed the shifting regional architecture, related, first of all, to the growing role of China and decline of the American dominance.
