For the first time in modern history, mankind faces a pervasive threat from an infectious disease, which, according to the apt statement of the IMF, has immediately plunged modern civilisation into an era of “Great isolation”. Possible scenarios for development in the post-COVID-19 era are now actively being discussed, but it is obvious that only by working together will countries effectively cope with the consequences of the crisis. In this regard, according to observers, additional responsibility lie with countries that play a significant role at the world political and economic stage, including the United States, Russia and the countries of Latin America. It is obvious that it is necessary to build a new balance of forces, suitable to the current situation and the status quo. Within the framework of the conference, it is planned to determine the areas where Russia, the United States and the countries of Latin America could form a positive agenda for multilateral cooperation.
