Water and Energy Challenges in Central Asia: A New Perspective
Central Asia has reached a critical threshold at which the traditional model of water–energy barter is turning into a source of regional conflict. The authors propose a radical paradigm shift: a transition to a Water–Nuclear–Energy Consortium (WNEC) under the auspices of Russia.
