Eurasian Security in the Balkans: Possibilities and Opportunities
If at the global level the implementation of Eurasian security is increasingly taking on certain outlines, then at the regional level there are still a number of questions that have yet to be answered. The Balkans have traditionally been one of the most difficult regions with regards to security, and perhaps the Eurasian alternative could untie many of the Gordian knots there.
