Instruments and Narratives of Indian Cultural Diplomacy
As Indian foreign policy thought seeks to avoid the term “soft power”, it instead proposes a vision of “cultural diplomacy”—de-emphasising the very notion of “power” in its approach to diplomatic outreach.
