Richard Burchill, Director of Research and Engagement at the TRENDS Consultancy talks about the importance of international organizations in the solution of global problems, as well as what affects their effectiveness, challenges and propects.
According to Burchill, the main challenge of international organizations is the fact that they are carrying out the will of the countries that stand behind them, and have little they can do outside that. However, there are examples of successful international organizations, and the work they do remains very important, Burchill notes.
