On April 26–27, the Valdai Discussion Club, in partnership with the Center for Russian Studies of East China Normal University, held its annual Russian-Chinese Conference, titled “The Era of Multipolarity: New Horizons for Russia–China Cooperation”. The first session was titled “The Emergence of a Multipolar World in Turbulent Times: The Global South and the Responsibility of the Great Powers”.
