Kazushige Kobayashi, Research Fellow, Centre for Conflict Research, Development and Peace Building, Institute for International Research and Development, Switzerland, PhD in International Relations and Political Science (author of the report); Nivedita Kapoor, Associate Research Fellow, Strategic Research Programme, Observer Research Foundation; Tatyana Zonova, Professor at the Department of Diplomacy, MGIMO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia; Anna Kireeva, Associate Professor of the Department of Oriental Studies, Research Fellow at the Centre for Comprehensive Sinology and Regional Projects of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, participated. The event was moderated by Ivan Timofeev, Programme Director of the Valdai Discussion Club.
