On October 14–15, the Valdai Discussion Club and the Center for Russian Studies at East China Normal University hold a Russian-Chinese conference in Moscow. The participants of the third session discussed the future of international institutions, the potential of BRICS after expansion, and the possibility of creating a foundation for a new type of global economy and policy.
