Alexander Orlov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the French Republic and the Principality of Monaco (2008-2017); Evgenia Obichkina, Professor of the Department of International Relations and Foreign Policy of Russia, MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia; Jacques Sapir, professor of economics at the Paris School of Social Sciences (EHESS) and Moscow State University, participated.
