On July 15, at 12:00 noon Moscow time (GMT+3), the Fourth Russian-Iranian dialogue took place. The closed-door forum is being organised by the Valdai Discussion Club in partnership with the Iranian Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS). Following its conclusion, a press conference was held at 14:30.

The Russian-Iranian dialogue was launched in 2017 by the Valdai Club and the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) and the annual forum has taken place alternately in Moscow and Tehran. This year, the event was held online for the first time. IPIS is led by Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Kazem Sajjadpour. The institute coordinates its activities with the Iranian Foreign Ministry and is under direct patronage of Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

Iran’s Nuclear Superposition

Tehran has stated more than once that it will reciprocate as soon as the United States resumes its obligations. It is simpler to stop an undeclared war, pretending that it was never waged.
