Prof. Dr. Pflüger teaches climate and energy policy at CASSIS, University of Bonn. Before that, he headed the European Center for Energy, Climate and Resource Security (EUCERS) at King’s College London for 10 years. Pflüger is a Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Council, Washington and the Global Gas Center, Geneva. He is Managing Director of the Bingmann Pflüger International, Berlin and author of the study: The EU Green Deal and Russia.
