Since the current oil crisis had a severe impact on many US companies, and the country has to react and somehow address this issue. According to Marc-Antoine Eyl-Mazzega, Director of Ifri’s Centre for Energy, the United States and President Trump himself have different options, how to react to collapsing prices. He can either do nothing or try to work through financial support measures or negotiate with Saudi Arabia. However, we have to wait for at least two more months to observe how the situation develops.
