On October 23, 2022, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Foundation for the Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club and the United Service Institution of India (USI). The ceremony took place in Moscow. The document was signed by Andrey Bystritskiy, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation for the Development and Support of the Valdai Club, and Major General B. K. Sharma (ret.), Director of the United Service Institution of India (USI).
