Russia moved peacekeeping forces to Nagorno-Karabakh in accordance with the agreement to end the war in the region, signed on November 9 by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, with the mediation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
