The Russian economy’s growth over the previous decade was mainly consumption-based. The Russian economic recovery this year largely depends on the Russian consumer's behavior. How can the restoration of real incomes of the population contribute to the growth of consumer activity in Russia? What are trends in consumption recovery in the Russian regions?
