The issue of climate change and deteriorating water security in Central Asia is already beginning to impact the ability of countries in the region to achieve their development goals. Trends in climate change and water resource management in the region, as well as potential bilateral and multilateral measures to address these challenges, will be discussed during the fourth session of the Fourth Central Asian Conference of the Valdai Club .
