Valdai Club

On February 5, at 11:00, the Valdai Discussion Club hosted an expert discussion, titled “International Security in the Context of Nuclear Uncertainty”. 

Do arms control agreements have a future or should we develop a new security system to meet the realities of the 21st century? Will the US withdrawal from the INF Treaty lead to a new arms race? What are the threats to Europe following America’s withdrawal from the INF Treaty? These and many other issues will be addressed by the discussion participants.

• Valery Garbuzov, Director of the Institute for the US and Canadian Studies of Russian Academy of Sciences.
