Participants of the third session of the Third Valdai Club Youth Conference of the Valdai Discussion Club assessed the prospects for multipolarity, which today manifests itself not as a formalised system, but as a transitional environment in which competition, interdependence and the pursuit of new forms of collaboration coexist. Will it transform into a sustainable framework for cooperation, or will it remain a space of protracted uncertainty?
