Oleg Salagay, Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation; Alexey Deykin, head of the center at the Institute of Gene Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences; Nick Banatvala, Head of the United Nations Interagency Task Force on the Prevention and control of Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs); Carina Ferreira-Borges, Acting Head, WHO European Office for the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases participated.
