Implementation of large-scale projects in the sphere of production, transportation, and processing of energy resources takes decades. But even a perfect project is not immune from unexpected moments. Price environment and development of technologies can change drastically under the impact of political factors. We live in an era of major global changes. The world order is crumbling, and contours of a new one are rather vague. The transition from one model of the world order to another can be ridden with conflict.
