Valdai Club

On March 5 at 13:00, the Valdai Discussion Club will host an expert discussion on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons with the participation of representatives of the European Leadership Network.

• Tom McKane, Distinguished Fellow, Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and Senior Network Member, European Leadership Network (ELN); Former Director General for Strategy and Director General for Security Policy, United Kingdom Ministry of Defence;
• Dmitry Stefanovich, RIAC expert, co-founder of the Vatfor project, research fellow at the IMEMO RAS Centre for International Security;  non-resident fellow with the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH).
