The 18th Annual Meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club, titled “Global Shake-Up in the 21st Century: The Individual, Values, and the State” will be held on October 18-21, 2021. After a two-year hiatus, its participants will return to the traditional venue of the annual meetings, the Black Sea resort of Sochi.
