On March 19, 2022, Fyodor Lukyanov, Research Director of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club, took part online in the Fourth International Forum on Security and Strategy, organized by the Center for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
