The second policy brief prepared within the framework of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club research program is aimed at the analysis of one of the most burning issues in the global security, which is the consequences of the Ukrainian crisis for the security system and non-proliferation regime. The authors focus on the possible scenarios caused by the developments in Ukraine and describe the US and Russia’s stance on the issue.
