On October 12, at 2.00pm, the TASS press center will host a press conference of the Valdai Discussion Club dedicated to the upcoming 12th Annual Meeting entitled "Societies Between War and Peace: Overcoming the Logic of Conflict in Tomorrow's World".
Andrey Bystritsky, Chairman of the Board, Foundation for the Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club, Fyodor Lukyanov, Research Director of the Foundation for Development and Support of the Valdai Discussion Club, Anatoly Torkunov, Rector of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), and Yaroslav Kuzminov, Rector of the Higher School of Economics, will present details of the Annual Meeting and its participants.
The Valdai Discussion Club will hold the 12th Annual Meeting in Sochi on October 19-22, 2015. The Annual Meeting serves to play a crucial role in the context of the world intellectual and political elite's demand for understanding the prospects of development of the system of international relations, forecasting of key tendencies in the formation of the world order of the 21st century. The press conference will also be highlighted by a presentation of the new website of the Club.
