A New Look at Cooperation between the EU and Russia - Panel Discussion of the Valdai Discussion Club and the European Leadership Network

On July 14, 2016 the Valdai Discussion Club and the European Leadership Network Analytical Center (London) will hold a panel discussion, dedicated to the future cooperation between Russia and the EU.

Bilateral relations have reached the lowest point in a quarter century and will hardly resume in the previous format in the foreseeable future. At the same time, Russia and the EU still have much in common - from the geographical proximity to the mutual economic interests and similar threats. The future world order is highly dependent on how relations between Moscow and Brussels will look like.

The panel discussion will bring together experts of the European Leadership Network and Valdai Discussion Club in an attempt to imagine how the cooperation between Russia and the EU may look in the future.

Panelists:

Joseph Dobbs, Research Fellow, European Leadership Network;

Lukasz Kulesa, Research Director, European Leadership Network;

Dmitry Suslov, Programme Director of the Valdai Discussion Club Foundation.

Moderator:

Andrey Sushentsov, Programme Director of the Valdai Discussion Club Foundation, head of the "Foreign Policy" agency.

Working language - English.

Venue: 12.00, Valdai Discussion Club Conference Hall, Bolshaya Tatarskaya, 42, Moscow, Russia
