The United Nations is a unique and indispensable organization, it is the only structure that has absolute legitimacy and represents the whole world community. It is not only the basis of international relations, but also their mirror. And this mirror reflects the state of the world and connections between the powers.
What can we see today in this mirror? How does the UN respond to chaotic and highly conflicting global development?
