International agreement on the Iranian nuclear issue, signed in summer of 2015 (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action - JCPOA), has become a turning point in efforts to strengthen the nuclear non-proliferation regime. However, approaches to its implementation are still the subject of controversy between the parties.
The authors of the article share their views on this problem and discuss opportunities for the US-Russian cooperation on the Iranian nuclear issue.
