The conventional American inability to understand other cultures, specially of old societies, will keep the USA leaders totally unable to understand what the consequences of the insane Turkish action on 24th November, 2015 would be.

The Russian military operation in Syria is nothing but a full scale embarrassment to the West as a serious attempt to abort the USA project of the New Middle East, i.e. a segmented region of some forty tiny States ruled by Islamists that do all what the USA want specially with regard to Israel, Oil & Gas and weapons purchases.

Though the ideology of ISIS is 100% the yield of Islamic literature and history, yet it was not to be what it is today without the multifaceted support that it received from the Godfathers of ISIS i.e. USA, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

The Russian decision not to allow the collapse of the Syrian state came as an extremely annoying factor to the four Godfathers of ISIS. Since the Russian air strikes started, the crazy furry of ISIS Godfathers ignited. What happened on 24th November, 2015 can not be adequately viewed and understood except in the light of the aforesaid background. Turkey would not have taken the decision to down the Russian plane without the endorsement of the NATO which can not be obtained without a green light from Washington DC. The incident served a number of purposes including the reduction of a probable Russian/French anti- ISIS cooperation and the elimination of coordination between the already established anti-ISIS (USA spearheaded) coalition and Russia.

Personally, I have no doubt whatsoever that the Russian operations in Syria will intensify. I equally have no doubt that Turkey will be shortly hugely humiliated. Those who do not see that the fall of the Syrian State is not a probability anymore need to learn a great deal about the history and cultures of the Syrian dilemma ... In a few words: The Syrian state shall NOT FALL. Asad will remain in power for several years to come, Syria shall not be devided, ISIS is moving rapidly to its end and the New Middle East Project will never take place - thanks to Egypt and Russia who (in different ways) killed the chances of such a malicious dream to become a reality.
